Here's a beautiful Ranch in Dixon. The property was bought as a foreclosure. There's a Triple Wide Manufacture Home on it that needs some repairs to get it up to snuff. But with 146 acres surrounding it, it's a great ranch that has a lot of potential. Right Now, some TLC will slowly but surely make this a functional ranch that will shine.
It's right next to an ecological reserve area and a nice trail. Hopefully, we'll have some time to hike the trail and check out this area.
